Part-time Operations Coordinator responsible for coordinating printing, scanning, assembly, shipping, mail handling, and document management. Support office logistics, maintain physical and digital records, assist legal and operations teams with administrative workflows and quality checks, and liaise with vendors and couriers to ensure timely, accurate filings and deliveries.

Build and maintain full-stack systems: applicant portals, case management, backend APIs, event pipelines, and AI agent workflows. Design scalable task orchestration, improve backend architecture and scheduled jobs, and deliver polished, fast UIs for internal legal-ops and customers. Lead end-to-end projects across frontend and backend, and ship production-ready features.

Own and evolve Lighthouse's backend: improve performance, reliability, and scalability; design agentic LLM-powered workflows; harden security and environment isolation; scale the GraphQL API; build data pipelines and integrations; and strengthen document ingestion and generation pipelines for legal outputs.
