Lead volunteer-driven disaster preparedness, response, and recovery programs across San Mateo County. Build partnerships, train and develop volunteers, coordinate deployments, assess readiness resources, and manage community engagement and matrixed collaboration to ensure effective disaster relief operations.

Support fundraising and operations through timely gift processing, data hygiene, reporting, and systems training. Ensure data integrity, link gifts for accurate revenue and fundraiser credit, manage donor records and portfolios, lead volunteers for data entry, and provide Salesforce and reporting training to staff to support regional fundraising goals.

Lead and support volunteer teams delivering disaster cycle services, build volunteer engagement, partner with community organizations, prepare communities for disasters, and deploy for regional disaster response while meeting training and physical requirements.
