Teams at American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals

Provides executive administrative support to two Senior Vice Presidents, including complex scheduling, travel coordination, meeting and event logistics, expense reporting, budget and data support, communications, and project coordination. The role tracks decisions and deliverables, maintains organizational calendars and documentation, supports reporting and process improvements, and partners with administrative and IT teams. This remote position requires East Coast business hours and up to 15% annual travel.
