Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and specialized roles, from talent mapping and sourcing through candidate engagement, assessment, offer, and close. Design and lead embedded firmware for real-time power regulation, protection, and control in SST systems. Own bootloader, security, and platform integration, collaborate with hardware teams, and ensure performance, testing, and project delivery.

Design and validate isolated and non-isolated high-power converter stages and magnetics for MV/LV Solid State Transformer systems. Perform FEA-driven magnetics design, high-voltage isolation and safety testing, optimize loss/cost/size trade-offs, coordinate with mechanical, manufacturing and test teams, and own magnetics validation to meet performance and safety standards.

Support AWS cloud deployments and day-to-day operations using Terragrunt/Terraform, manage CI/CD (GitHub Actions), artifact storage (S3/ECR), monitor with CloudWatch/Datadog, troubleshoot services, maintain runbooks, participate in on-call incident response, and automate infrastructure tasks.

Manage and develop a globally distributed team of Supplier Industrialization Engineers, overseeing strategies and processes for supplier onboarding, development, and quality across manufacturing systems.

Design isolated and non-isolated converter stages, implement advanced topologies, perform trade-off analysis, develop control algorithms, and coordinate with design and manufacturing teams for power electronics systems.

Own the end-to-end compliance program for solid-state transformer products, coordinating certification, regulatory approvals, testing, documentation, risk mitigation, and audit readiness. Align engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations around compliance milestones across EVT, DVT, PVT, and production release. Manage external test labs and regulatory bodies, integrate safety and EMC requirements into product design, oversee material and component compliance, and develop internal testing infrastructure. The role is on-site five days per week and requires up to 30% international travel.

Design, implement, and own firmware features for power-electronics embedded systems. Integrate firmware with hardware, collaborate with cross-functional engineers, ensure performance and testing, and stay current with embedded systems tools and methodologies.

Lead control architecture for AC-DC and DC-DC power conversion systems, ensuring performance from concept through production. Mentor engineers and drive system performance analysis, validation, and implementation.

The Firmware Manager will lead the embedded software team, focusing on firmware development for power systems, managing projects and engineers, and ensuring high-quality execution across multiple product lines.

The Reliability Engineer will drive reliability for Solid-State Transformers, conduct test plans, analyze data, document risks, and support hardware deployment.
