Leads Amplify’s enterprise business operations and transformation agenda in partnership with the COO. The role designs scalable operating models, re-engineers processes using AI and automation, aligns executives around enterprise goals, and drives complex cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities include optimizing leadership cadence, establishing process ownership, tracking transformation ROI, resolving organizational friction, modernizing business systems, and maintaining executive business intelligence frameworks. The role requires regular presence in New York City and occasional travel.

Leads revenue process discovery, workflow mapping, requirements definition, UAT, documentation, platform adoption, and continuous improvement across sales and revenue operations. Partners with Sales, Finance, and Business Systems on lead-to-cash processes, including quoting, contracting, ordering, invoicing, renewals, and amendments. Supports governance, change enablement, KPI development, vendor coordination, and evaluation of AI-enabled tools and automation opportunities.

The Chief Information Officer will lead a 175-person technology and business systems organization, oversee a $45M+ budget, and optimize Amplify’s enterprise technology portfolio. Responsibilities include managing Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, HubSpot, and 400+ applications; driving enterprise AI adoption and governance; strengthening IT controls and audit readiness; simplifying systems and costs; evolving organizational structures; and partnering with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Data, and other business leaders.
