Plan and manage implementations, track risks, run adoption sessions, build success plans and executive reviews, partner with sales on renewals/expansion, and drive product feedback and scalable playbooks. Use technical fluency in data architecture, instrumentation, taxonomy, and AI workflows to accelerate customer outcomes.
