Supports inside sales by identifying quoted and incomplete submissions, following up with agents and brokers, cross-selling insurance products, tracking sales activities, and uncovering new business opportunities. The role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, teamwork, motivation, and relationship-building skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Processes and resolves commercial insurance premium audits from procurement through billing and collection. Partners with underwriting, premium audit, operations, billing teams, and agents to address rating questions, negotiate final audits, issue endorsements, implement payment terms, collect overdue premiums, and support policy cancellations. The role also establishes processing procedures, maintains standards, and assists with regulatory and compliance assignments.

Manages relationships with agents and insureds throughout the policy lifecycle, supporting retention, growth, and customer satisfaction. Uses claims data and analytics to identify account improvements, coordinates claim reviews and special handling instructions, resolves issues, supports sales and underwriting activities, delivers client education, and documents account activities. Requires strong collaboration, communication, presentation, relationship management, and claims experience.
