Responsibilities include setting architecture and performance direction, building advanced AI-assisted workflows, optimizing startup time and memory usage, driving cross-team initiatives, mentoring engineers, owning production delivery, and establishing engineering standards for context optimization and LLM workflows. The role partners with Product and Design to shape roadmaps and requires hands-on technical leadership across a mature codebase serving millions of users.

Build and lead the operating model for Anaconda’s partner ecosystem across cloud marketplace, channel, and technology partnerships. Develop playbooks, reporting frameworks, dashboards, forecasting processes, and performance metrics that drive partner-sourced revenue and predictable growth. Integrate AI-powered workflow automation, establish operating cadences, lead business reviews, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and executives. Drive adoption of tools and processes through structured change management.
