Own employee lifecycle administration and HR systems while improving workflows through automation and AI. Administer Rippling and other People tech, configure automations, maintain data integrity, support hires/promotions/offboarding, operationalize recurring People programs, build documentation and self-service resources, and partner with People teams to increase operational leverage and employee satisfaction.

Build and lead a global channel and systems integrator motion: design partner programs, enable and manage VAR/SI relationships, drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, co-sell with regional sales teams across US/EMEA/APJ, manage partner pipeline in CRM, and hire/coach partner managers to scale the channel.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts (1,000-10,000 employees). Build pipeline, lead discovery, coordinate POCs/demos with Sales Engineering, close deals, forecast accurately, and partner with Customer Success and Product to drive expansion and onboarding.
