Teams at Anatomage

Provides customer training, product demonstrations, technical support, and troubleshooting for Anatomage’s 3D anatomy products. Develops training materials, videos, and educational resources; gathers customer feedback; supports software testing and internal projects; and collaborates across teams. The role serves instructors, medical professionals, and other customers through virtual and in-person interactions, with travel to customer sites and events approximately 25–50% of the time.

Leads mechanical product development from concept through production, including CAD modeling, prototyping, testing, iteration, engineering analysis, manufacturability, and technical documentation. Collaborates with manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, manage risks, and develop reliable medical and educational products. Provides technical leadership and mentorship while evaluating materials, components, and manufacturing methods.

Provides front-desk and administrative support by answering calls, greeting visitors, managing calendars and appointments, coordinating catering, ordering supplies, booking travel, and organizing documents. The role is full-time, on-site in Santa Clara, and requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and professional discretion. No administrative experience is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
