Teams at Anrok

Lead and scale a 4–6 person recruiting team while maintaining an active individual contributor practice for executive and Staff+ technical hires. Forecast headcount 12–18 months with leadership and finance, build recruiting dashboards and data infrastructure, own employer branding and candidate experience programs, and develop recruiting talent and processes to support rapid growth.

Own sourcing, signing, and scaling private equity and PE-focused technology partnerships. Develop joint GTM strategies, hit partnership-sourced SQO targets, deepen principal-level relationships, enable partner teams, represent Anrok at events, and optimize channel performance cross-functionally.

Own assigned GL areas end-to-end: prepare/post journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, manage month-end close, run AP cycle, perform bank and corporate card reconciliations, support external audit, document policies/controls, and propose automation to streamline workflows.
