Lead scaling of enzymatic DNA synthesis from R&D to industrial production by building lab automation, process engineering, and tech-transfer capabilities. Drive automation strategy, SPC monitoring, KPI tracking, QA/ISO readiness, facility build-out planning, and cross-functional coordination to maximize yield, reduce cost, and expand manufacturing capacity.

Serve as primary customer contact to process orders, manage onboarding, and provide post-sale support. Maintain CRM/ERP data, triage cases, support inside sales and quote-to-cash workflows, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve fulfillment issues, collect customer feedback, produce reports, and help improve customer experience and operational processes.

The Director of Product Management will lead product development and launches, advocate for customers, and guide cross-functional teams in the life sciences industry, focusing on DNA synthesis and market analysis.
