Design, build, and maintain production-quality integrations connecting Salesforce, NetSuite, and a custom manufacturing execution system using MuleSoft, Apex, Salesforce Flows, REST APIs, and Python. Implement CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code; collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production issues and deliver reliable, scalable systems for commercial and manufacturing operations.

Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, leads, and retention. Own HubSpot marketing automation, manage PPC/paid social/email campaigns, perform lead segmentation and A/B testing, use Salesforce to track leads, analyze KPIs and ROI, ensure brand consistency, leverage AI-driven tools, and pilot emerging digital channels.
