Build and lead Anthro Energy’s people function as the company scales from R&D into manufacturing. Own talent acquisition, organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, manager development, onboarding, performance, compensation, benefits, compliance, HR operations, and people analytics. Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, establish scalable policies and systems, support employees across multiple sites and states, and eventually build a people team.

Lead government-funded technical programs from award execution through closeout, managing scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, reporting, compliance, and external partners. Develop grant and contract proposals, including technical and commercialization content, cost volumes, and compliance materials. Track defense and energy funding opportunities, support capture planning and business development, and advise leadership on non-dilutive funding strategy. The role requires cross-functional coordination across engineering, finance, legal, contracts, and operations, with travel up to 25%.
