Manage Anthro’s battery test lab, including cell testing, materials characterization, equipment installation and calibration, test protocol deployment, resource allocation, and technician oversight. Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, data systems, and facilities teams to improve safety, accuracy, efficiency, data accessibility, and automated pipelines. Develop custom test solutions and reliability methods while managing high-value equipment, cross-functional projects, and lab operations.

Build and scale production data systems spanning laboratory, manufacturing, battery, and business data. Responsibilities include developing ELT pipelines, architecting secure AWS data movement, modeling warehouse data, optimizing SQL, managing infrastructure as code, implementing monitoring and data quality controls, and partnering with scientists and engineers. The role requires strong Python, SQL, cloud, software engineering, and end-to-end ownership skills.

Build and lead Anthro Energy’s people function as the company scales from R&D into manufacturing. Own talent acquisition, organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, manager development, onboarding, performance, compensation, benefits, compliance, HR operations, and people analytics. Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, establish scalable policies and systems, support employees across multiple sites and states, and eventually build a people team.
