Seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead Workday Financials implementation, design financial data models, develop analytics solutions, and collaborate across teams to enhance financial reporting and processes.

Design and run RL experiments to improve code generation and autonomous coding; build environments, reward signals, verifiers, and scalable training pipelines; debug and own systems end-to-end; collaborate to deploy research into production while ensuring safety and correctness.

Lead product strategy and execution for GTM commercial infrastructure (CPQ, quoting, approvals, deal automation). Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams (GTM, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Operations) to design systems that enable enterprise quoting, approvals, order forms, and marketplace transactions, prioritizing seller experience and governance.
