Lead development and evolution of Pangolin, a custom streaming analytical database. Implement performant, correct Rust systems, collaborate with product and infrastructure teams, define roadmap, deliver features, and write design docs to improve data ingestion, querying, and reliability at scale.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will demonstrate product value, support onboarding, conduct workshops, find bugs in software, and provide customer guidance.
