Supervises Regional Support Specialists across multiple real estate offices, managing workflow, coverage, escalations, coaching, compliance, and team huddles. Provides office administration, agent and customer service, technology and transaction support, database updates, documentation follow-up, onboarding assistance, and branch leader support. Coordinates with facilities, IT, and other business partners to maintain office operations and deliver timely, accurate transaction processing.

Manage residential escrow transactions from contract review through closing, ensuring accurate paperwork, clear titles, paid taxes, funded loans, and compliance with instructions. Build relationships with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, surveyors, and government agencies while resolving issues and meeting deadlines. Develop business through agent outreach and exceptional service. Train and delegate to escrow assistants, audit work, answer questions, and support successful closings.
