Own engineering at Aonic, beginning with the Shopify and Recharge membership MVP, then leading the React Native consumer app, AI agents, internal tools, databases, storefront performance, security, and privacy compliance. The role requires shipping consumer products, full-stack production expertise, rapid execution, and close collaboration with the CEO in an onsite, high-intensity startup environment.

Build and deploy AI-powered automations, internal tools, scripts, dashboards, and reporting systems across operations, growth, finance, fulfillment, supply chain, and customer experience. Work directly with the CEO and functional leaders to identify manual bottlenecks, develop end-to-end solutions, support forecasting and unit economics, and execute high-priority projects. The role requires strong ownership, analytical ability, technical fluency, and comfort operating across business functions in an intense onsite environment.

Work directly with the CEO to operate and improve AI-powered sourcing and business operations. Responsibilities include supplier discovery, qualification, outreach, negotiation, fulfillment and supply chain coordination, operational project ownership, financial analysis, forecasting, unit economics, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflow automation. The role requires solving ambiguous problems, building internal systems, and executing special projects across operations, finance, growth, and customer experience.

The Full-Stack Creative Producer will produce short-form content for social media, drive concepts, and enhance audience engagement through effective storytelling and high-quality video production.
