Help make health go viral.
We’re building Aonic — the modern, healthy PepsiCo: a next-generation functional nutrition company making vibrant wellness effortless for millions of Americans. Our products, such as Aonic Complete (a patent-pending all-in-one supplement) and Aonic Fuel (a clean, high-protein drink with 32g protein, 5g fiber, no artificial sweeteners or lactose), are rooted in clinical science and designed to fit seamlessly into daily life.
We’re a small, intense team in SF, raised $10M+, serving thousands of subscribers, and aiming to grow 20x+ in 2026. We move fast, we test aggressively, and we care about craft.
After launching successfully on social, also with the help of our Co-Founder Senada Greca (https://www.instagram.com/senada.greca/), and a few celebrity endorsements of Aonic products including from Kim Kardashian, it is now our focus to take our reach and influence on our social channels to the next level - to help millions of Americans to live a healthier, happier life.
This role is for a creator who wants to ship. You’ll own the camera + edit, drive concepts, and produce social-first video that earns attention — not just “content.”
The Role
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Creative Producer who can consistently create high-performing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
You understand what makes people stop scrolling. You’re obsessed with hooks, pacing, retention curves, and repeatable formats. You can shoot beautifully and edit with speed - but just as importantly, you can write tight, compelling scripts built for performance.
Formats you’ll create:
- Science-forward deep-dives that entertain
- Product storytelling + punchy demos
- Behind-the-scenes content with our co-founders and scientific advisors
- Street-style interviews & man-on-the-street
- Challenges, trends, and reactive formats
- UGC-style in-house content + creator collabs
- Event recaps and cultural moments
What Success Looks Like (Real Output)
Within the first 14-30 days, you’ll:
- Build a repeatable content engine that ships multiple videos per week
- Establish Aonic’s “signature” formats (hooks, cadence, visual language)
- Improve key metrics: 3-second hold, average watch time, completion rate, saves/shares
- Create a steady pipeline of organic winners we can repurpose into paid
What You’ll Do
- Strategy -> Pillars & Formats -> Scripts → Shoot → Edit short-form videos end-to-end
- Write tight, performance-driven scripts and hooks designed for retention
- Create high-performing content across TikTok, Reels, Shorts (and adapt per platform)
- Capture studio + lifestyle footage (product, people, moments) with strong fundamentals: lighting, audio, composition
- Edit with sharp instincts: hook & script writing, pacing, captions, sound design, and storytelling
- Partner with Social/Brand to turn strategy into content experiments (rapid iteration, fast feedback loops)
- Organize and maintain a clean asset library (so we can reuse footage constantly)
- Support photo & video capture when needed (product, lifestyle, events)
Nice-to-have: motion graphics, VFX, design polish (After Effects, text animation, meme-native overlays)
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience creating social-first video content
- Proven ability to write, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form content
- Track record of posts with millions of views (20M+ total organic views or more)
- Prior experience in CPG, wellness, fitness, or creator-led brands
- Confident shooter: DSLR/mirrorless workflows, lighting setups, clean audio
- Strong, efficient editor who knows how to craft short-form videos that immediately capture attention and hold retention
- Strong scripting ability - you know how to structure hooks, beats, and payoff moments
- Deep understanding of modern social formats: trends, pacing, storytelling shortcuts that work
- Comfortable being scrappy + resourceful - you can create great work without “perfect conditions”
- Organized, fast, and reliable - you hit deadlines and iterate without ego
- Strong work ethic and intensity, comfortable operating in an environment closer to 8–7 than 9–5.
Weekend note: Some shoots/events may happen on weekends (planned in advance). We aim to keep this sustainable and will balance with schedule flexibility.
