Supports HR operations across multiple locations, including onboarding, background and drug screenings, employee records, orientations, safety initiatives, engagement programs, training, feedback sessions, and basic employee relations. Coordinates start dates, access, uniforms, compliance documents, and HR systems. Assists with investigations, legal and compliance matters, employee inquiries, and retention efforts while maintaining confidentiality and strong communication.
