Leads regional preconstruction sales efforts for curtain wall and glazing projects. Responsibilities include business development, client and stakeholder relationship management, bid procurement, estimating, budgeting, proposal development, resource and schedule planning, contract scope review, sales strategy, client presentations, and management reporting. Requires collaboration across finance, estimating, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and management, along with 20–30% travel.
