Build and design Kubernetes-based service delivery, Terraform infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, SLO-driven reliability, observability, and automation. Participate in on-call rotations, interviewing, and cross-team collaboration while producing technical designs, runbooks, and plans to improve developer velocity and operational excellence.

The Account Executive is responsible for closing new customer deals, managing sales processes, and engaging with enterprise accounts in the emerging AI market.

Manage customer adoption lifecycle, lead technical value-selling, drive delivery management, and consult on API architecture to ensure customer success.
