Manage and grow a global software tester community by recruiting participants, improving tester experiences, executing social media and communication campaigns, creating content, responding to community feedback, organizing events, monitoring engagement metrics, and strengthening brand awareness. The role requires collaboration with Marketing, relationship building, strong communication, analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
