Support FP&A and Gross Margin Leadership by performing cost and gross margin analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reporting. Build cost-tracking frameworks, dashboards, and executive presentations; partner with Operations and Engineering to integrate cost improvement tracks into forecasts and the annual operating plan.

Administer, integrate, and support enterprise physical security systems—primarily Software House Ccure 9000. Manage access control databases, hardware, system health, integrations with VMS/intrusion/visitor platforms, incident investigations, audits, backups, and project implementations. Collaborate with IT, vendors, and operations to deploy, commission, and maintain secure access control environments.

Manage, configure, and support enterprise Avigilon video surveillance and access control systems. Install and troubleshoot cameras, NVRs, access hardware, and integrations. Monitor system health, respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis, support investigations, collaborate with IT on networking and cybersecurity, and participate in deployments, testing, documentation, and on-call maintenance.
