The Revenue Operations Manager will enhance sales operations by managing deal structures, supporting sales planning, overseeing compensation, and employing AI for efficiency and analytics.

Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers to drive retention, adoption, and growth. Lead technical solution design, onboarding, implementation planning, and account roadmaps. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope integrations, run EBRs, analyze customer data, and resolve issues. Mentor other CSMs and influence product improvements through feedback and data-driven use cases.
