Manage multiple nonprofit audit projects and client engagements, communicate with partners, staff, and clients, and help develop new business. Lead, coach, and develop accounting staff while analyzing financial statements and ensuring high-quality client service. The role requires nonprofit accounting expertise, CPA licensure, public accounting experience, relationship-building, independent decision-making, and travel of 15–20%.

Lead and perform information assurance engagements (SOC, PCI, ISO, GDPR, HITRUST, NIST). Plan and lead client meetings, design and execute testing of security and privacy controls, prepare reporting deliverables and gap assessments, support risk management, and mentor junior staff. Contribute to practice development, proposals, and team training. Travel up to 40%.

Lead tax technology automation initiatives: evaluate and implement tax software and automation tools, manage projects and testing, drive process change, liaise with DevOps/IT/vendors, and support data analysis and adoption across the tax practice.
