Manages international and federal tax consulting and compliance engagements, develops tax planning strategies, advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring, prepares and reviews complex returns, researches tax law changes, and serves as a trusted client and tax-authority contact. Leads, mentors, and develops tax professionals while maintaining client relationships and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Leads the creation and growth of Aprio’s Microsoft-focused managed security services practice. Owns service strategy, pricing, go-to-market, customer pursuits, SOC architecture and operations, detection engineering, automation, compliance, and customer onboarding. Builds a 24/7 security operations capability supporting defense and federal customers, while recruiting and developing technical teams. Oversees alignment with CMMC, NIST, DFARS, FedRAMP, GCC High, and Azure Government requirements, and manages service KPIs, customer relationships, revenue, and P&L responsibilities.

Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion; oversee client relationships, review financial statements and workpapers, supervise engagement teams, and mentor assurance staff. Partner with firm leaders to deliver quality client service, develop talent, and identify opportunities to expand services across middle-market clients.
