Own Arcade’s end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including training pipelines, model development, evaluation, production telemetry, and releases. Build compact, efficient models for tool selection, routing, retrieval, recommendations, and agent memory. Productionize models for customer VPCs and air-gapped environments through quantization, optimization, packaging, and serving. Set the ML strategy and stack, establish evaluation practices, convert agent traces into training data, and help grow the ML team.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will lead technical discussions, design prototypes, and simplify complex solutions for AI applications. You'll empower customers and provide feedback to enhance product development, while actively engaging in the evolving AI landscape.

Build and maintain agentic toolkits that let LLMs take actions: design integrations for vendor APIs, write reliable tools, create tests and evals against real API behavior, tune tool descriptions and agent interactions, and contribute shared patterns to scale the catalog.
