Lead federal program capture and delivery for US West DoD/Federal clients. Drive IDIQ task order mining, proposal development, client engagement, contract administration, and cross-disciplinary teams to win and execute multi-million-dollar design and construction programs. Mentor staff, manage teaming/subcontractors, and provide executive reporting while ensuring quality, schedule, and a 70% billability target.

Perform and coordinate power system planning and studies (load-flow, short-circuit, transient stability, electromagnetic transient, reliability, interconnection and system impact studies), produce quality reports, ensure QA, develop scopes/budgets/proposals, and collaborate with internal teams and clients.

Lead and grow the System Planning & Studies team, manage project and proposal delivery, and perform hands-on power system planning analyses (load-flow, short-circuit, transient and electromagnetic transient, stability, reliability, interconnection studies). Serve as technical lead, project/program manager, mentor junior engineers, support business development, and ensure compliance with standards and quality control.
