Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn. Prospect, qualify leads, book meetings, and provide feedback to improve messaging, targeting, and the outbound sales motion. The role requires strong ownership, resilience, urgency, organization, and entrepreneurial execution in an in-person San Francisco startup environment.

Build and run the operational backbone of an AI-native law firm. Own cross-functional processes across Legal, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams; improve customer operations and legal delivery; document playbooks; remove process friction; and manage general operations including billing, vendors, scheduling, and office support.

Build and own core full-stack product features for an AI-native legal platform. Partner with attorneys and AI engineers to translate legal workflows into reliable software, make pragmatic architecture decisions, maintain production quality, and help establish engineering standards and culture. The role requires rapid execution, strong product judgment, end-to-end ownership, and experience building AI or LLM-powered products.
