Build and maintain software spanning embedded edge devices and scalable AWS cloud services. Develop Python backend systems, support Raspberry Pi environments, integrate hardware with cloud services, monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute across infrastructure and hardware testing. The role values strong debugging, clean code, and adaptability across systems.

Leads Archer’s financial planning, forecasting, strategic finance, commercial finance, and business-unit finance. Owns operating plans, long-range models, reporting, Board and investor materials, M&A analysis, capital allocation support, unit economics, pricing frameworks, and P&L accountability. Partners with the CFO and executive leadership while building scalable finance infrastructure and high-performing teams in a fast-growing aerospace and mobility company.

Manage Archer’s global equity compensation programs, including grants, vesting, releases, exercises, terminations, mobility tracking, tax reporting, compliance, SOX controls, and vendor oversight. Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Tax, and Accounting on ASC 718 reporting, reconciliations, audits, and filings. Educate employees on equity and model burn rate, dilution, and overhang. Support equity platforms, HRIS integrations, and program automation.
