Leads dimensional engineering strategy for complex aerospace and eVTOL structures. Defines GD&T, datum structures, tolerance allocation, dimensional control plans, inspection strategies, and metrology requirements. Oversees dimensional validation across prototype, pre-production, and production phases, supporting certification and audits. Provides technical leadership on aerospace specifications and design definitions, interfaces with certification authorities, and manages and mentors dimensional engineering teams.

Define, design, validate, and verify system-level requirements for aircraft flight control actuation systems. Integrate multidisciplinary systems, coordinate interfaces, support architecture and trade studies, assess supplier designs, execute verification and validation, and develop certification and compliance documentation for civil aerospace programs.

Design, build, and operate high-throughput, fault-tolerant data ingestion and transformation pipelines and a lakehouse for large-scale ML training and inference. Ensure data quality, lineage, and versioning; partner with ML engineers on feature stores, dataset contracts, and performance optimization.
