Manage client accounts, provide daily counsel, oversee strategic and creative work, and lead junior staff. Build press relationships, advise clients, support account growth, coach team members, and maintain client satisfaction and retention. The role also involves using AI tools to improve writing, research, and workflow efficiency, with occasional short-term travel.

Lead earned media strategy and execution for technology clients, including story development, reporter pitching, executive counsel, media training, and rapid-response communications. Build meaningful coverage across business, technology, and trade outlets while advising clients on announcements and news opportunities. Coach junior colleagues, support new business efforts, and contribute to agency-wide media initiatives. The role requires strong writing, editorial judgment, client counsel, autonomy, and the ability to understand complex technical businesses.
