Serve guests on the retail floor by sharing technical product knowledge, recommending gear, processing transactions, supporting store operations, and representing the brand in-store and in the community. Maintain inventory, assist leadership on projects, and meet required weekly availability including holiday peak periods.

As a Product Guide, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences, share product knowledge, and help guests with product recommendations. You will also manage in-store tasks, provide feedback on merchandising, and support store leadership initiatives while being an ambassador for the brand.
