Serve as the primary Oracle Core HR consultant for enterprise clients by diagnosing issues, mapping business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality, configuring and documenting solutions, leading testing and knowledge transfer, and delivering enhancements. Manage client expectations, relationships, satisfaction, renewals, and account growth while supporting sales, presenting recommendations, and independently leading mid-sized engagements.

Leads the design and delivery of SAP IBP supply chain planning solutions across client environments. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, functional configuration, solution design, fit-gap workshops, integration planning with SAP S/4HANA, testing, deployment, hypercare, stakeholder engagement, workstream leadership, mentoring, and development of SAP IBP consulting assets.

Lead Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects from initiation to closure, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality. Coordinate stakeholders, assemble and direct cross-functional teams, ensure deliverables meet client expectations, and apply Agile/Scrum practices and change management to drive successful project outcomes.
