Lead enterprise architecture strategy, standards, and governance to design secure, scalable technology solutions. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to evaluate emerging technologies, reduce technical debt, drive transformation, and ensure solutions meet security, operational, and regulatory requirements. Create reference architectures, perform technology assessments and POCs, support disaster recovery and capacity planning, and integrate security and compliance across platforms.

Design, develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow solutions including business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions, Flow Designer flows, ACLs and API integrations. Consult with users to gather requirements, produce technical designs and test plans, lead coding/debugging activities, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and high-availability requirements. Support enterprise deployments, integrations, and process automation across ITSM, SPM, and ITOM/CMDB.
