Provide high-volume customer support to wellness businesses across chat, email, and Zoom. Own partner interactions from initial inquiry through resolution, troubleshoot scheduling, payment, migration, and integration issues, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Migrations. Maintain product expertise, prioritize multiple inquiries, meet service goals, identify process improvements, and advocate for partner feedback internally.

Own the strategy, process design, metrics, and partner success for Arketa’s embedded payroll offering. Design onboarding, support, escalation, documentation, and handoff processes; track operational performance; support complex partner relationships; manage the payroll provider; coach an Implementation Account Manager and Payroll Specialist; and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Success to improve implementations and support.

Own Arketa’s accounting function, including bookkeeping, month-end close, financial reporting, audits, tax coordination, internal controls, AP, and AR. This hands-on role will build accounting processes from the ground up, manage external auditors and tax partners, improve GL accuracy, and support leadership decision-making. The position begins as an individual contributor with a path to leading a small accounting team.
