Serve as senior technical partner contact to drive adoption of the Arlo Partner Platform. Investigate and resolve complex issues across APIs, services, firmware, and environments. Build partner-facing tools, dashboards, and portals; apply AI/automation to improve enablement and reduce manual effort. Translate partner needs into technical requirements and collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver platform improvements, reliability, and documentation enhancements.

Lead cross-functional software and consumer-electronics programs from concept to delivery. Define technical execution plans, coordinate engineering, product, marketing, finance and partners, manage sprints/milestones, mitigate technical risks, communicate with executives and stakeholders, support customer success and commercial targets, and deliver MVPs.

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs while ensuring security, scalability, and performance of applications. Collaborate with teams to achieve technology objectives and contribute to architectural decisions.
