Owns GTM financial planning, including revenue and bookings forecasting, sales commissions, incentive structures, T&E, operating expenses, variance analysis, and unit economics. Partners with Sales and Marketing leadership on territory design, pricing, compensation, hiring, and strategic decisions. Builds forecasting models, dashboards, financial standards, and scalable FP&A processes while presenting insights to executive and board audiences.

Lead and grow the platform engineering team while providing hands-on technical direction. Design and build scalable enterprise platform systems covering identity, access management, integrations, extensibility, reliability, security, compliance readiness, and operational excellence. Translate customer needs into technical deliverables, mentor engineers, and guide development in an ambiguous startup environment. AI agent or production LLM experience is beneficial.

Leads and grows the frontend-focused portal engineering team, owning architecture and delivery of scalable, data-heavy customer experiences. Partners with Product and Design to turn complex security data into intuitive graph and visualization interfaces, while advancing AI-powered exploration and reasoning. Requires strong full-stack expertise, frontend depth, engineering management experience, architectural ownership, and hands-on technical leadership.
