Manages SOC and IT attestation engagements for multiple clients, including planning, staffing, control testing, workpaper review, audit report preparation, risk assessment, and client communications. Oversees budgets, billing, deadlines, and engagement quality while researching accounting and information security issues. Builds client relationships, supports business development, trains and mentors staff, and develops expertise in IT standards, audit methodologies, security, operating systems, databases, cloud environments, and application change management.

Supports audit, review, and other engagements by performing audit procedures, preparing workpapers, analyzing financial data, researching client and industry matters, and communicating findings. The intern collaborates with engagement teams and client personnel while gaining public accounting experience through training and professional development. Candidates must be enrolled in a business degree program emphasizing accounting and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Coordinate audit engagement staffing by aligning employee skills, experience, and availability with client needs. Analyze capacity, forecast resource demand, monitor utilization and timelines, maintain staffing systems, and recommend solutions to address gaps and bottlenecks. Communicate scheduling updates to leadership and teams, collaborate on workforce planning and development, and improve resource management processes through data analysis and operational insights.
