Teams at Aro Homes

Serve as Aro Homes’ field engineering lead across active residential construction sites. Resolve architectural, structural, and MEPF issues; create Bluebeam redlines; correct BOMs and work orders; update field installation drawings and kits; route complex issues to discipline owners; and ensure fixes are implemented across affected homes. The role requires daily site presence, support during module assembly, and converting recurring field problems into product and engineering improvements.

The Director of Finance will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, variance analysis, and project profitability reporting for a residential development company. Responsibilities include building financial operating models, scenario analyses, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure; maintaining data integrity; tracking acquisitions, construction costs, capital, inventory, sales, margins, and overhead; and partnering with executive, development, construction, accounting, and capital markets teams.

Designs and documents mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for prefabricated single-family homes. Manages Title 24 energy compliance, HERS coordination, code compliance, permit submissions, RFIs, submittals, product improvements, specifications, procurement data, and cross-functional coordination with architecture, manufacturing, procurement, and field teams. Requires regular visits to the Sacramento plant and South Bay job sites.
