Provide fractional paralegal support to alternative investment clients: prepare fund formation documents, manage investor onboarding and KYC/AML, coordinate regulatory filings and examinations, maintain corporate records and document systems, assist with contracts, legal research, HR legal matters, and support special projects and outside counsel.

Serve as a fractional Director of Talent Acquisition advising alternative asset clients on end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution.
