Lead and coordinate multi-discipline MEP design and construction projects, manage budgets/schedules, serve as client liaison, conduct surveys/inspections, supervise staff, maintain project financials and reports, and ensure compliance with company standards and safety.

Lead regional business development and client account management across the Western U.S.; develop and execute regional growth strategy; manage client relationships, proposals, contract negotiation, project delivery and quality; coordinate internal resources, serve as project executive, meet regional sales goals, and represent the firm at industry events and pursuits.
