Lead commercial contracting for imagery/data licensing, hardware and payload sales; advise business teams on risk and deal strategy; build templates, processes, and playbooks; and manage external counsel on IP, regulatory, and fundraising matters.

Sources and engages specialized technical candidates for hardware, software, aerospace, radar, electrical, FPGA, and embedded systems roles. Partners with hiring managers and talent acquisition leadership to develop sourcing strategies, run personalized outreach, evaluate technical alignment, build talent pipelines, improve hiring processes, and support hiring plans.
