Lead development of performant, accessible, and elegant frontend experiences for AI-powered web apps. Own end-to-end implementation, frontend architecture, design-system evolution, performance optimization, analytics instrumentation, CI/CD, and integration of AI/LLM capabilities in collaboration with product, design, and research teams.

Work on frontend, backend, full-stack, or data/platform engineering to design, build, and operate high-scale systems and AI-enabled user experiences. Responsibilities include building distributed backends, data pipelines, performant UIs, integrating AI features, owning projects end-to-end, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver production-quality software.

Provide hands-on HR support for client engagements including end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, multi-state compliance research, HR policy and handbook updates, recruiting support, employee records management, and employee relations resolution. Work remotely part-time (10–30 hrs/week) on temporary contract with potential to expand.
