Provides senior engineering support for semiconductor IC packaging, including customer device reviews, package design, substrate feasibility studies, thermal/electrical/stress characterization, and design layout. Collaborates with customers, sales, R&D, manufacturing, and factory teams to develop advanced packages, resolve engineering issues, support new product introductions, maintain production yield, and optimize performance, cost, cycle time, and time-to-market.

Develop and grow new and existing customer accounts, prepare quotes and sales presentations, increase account sales, conduct quarterly reviews, provide sales projections, and coordinate technical and factory support. The role manages customer communications regarding equipment status, production issues, material pipelines, work-in-progress, drawings, cycle times, and engineering information. Success requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, sales, manufacturing, and supply chain knowledge, plus Mandarin fluency.

Leads sales-force management, account development, customer revenue growth, market expansion, pipeline ownership, forecasting, quotes, quarterly reviews, and strategic account planning. Coordinates technical and business activities with factory teams to increase revenue and customer share. Requires major-account sales experience in consumer products and contract manufacturing, EMS, or semiconductor packaging, along with Mandarin fluency and strong communication skills.
