Lead end-to-end product design for Ashby92s desktop SaaS: own features, consult with engineers and PMs, craft interactions and visuals, write design specs, and build/maintain the design system using heuristics and occasional user research.

Build and maintain Ashbys platform and SRE systems: scale infrastructure, improve developer experience, implement SLOs/SLIs, add reliability guardrails, enable canary/gradual rollouts, support event-driven architecture and data warehousing, and debug production issues. Ship code, own projects end-to-end, and collaborate asynchronously with product and engineering teams.
