Administers U.S. employee and retiree benefits, absence programs, FMLA, STD/LTD, COBRA, life insurance, 401(k), HSA, and retiree plans. Handles employee inquiries, claims, funding, invoices, audits, eligibility tracking, reporting, open enrollment, plan communications, and special projects. Requires strong knowledge of benefits regulations, customer service, communication, Excel, and HR practices. This is a remote role supporting union and non-union populations.

Develop and execute North American strategic marketing plans, market segmentation, value propositions, and growth strategies for Ashland’s Life Sciences business. Conduct market research, monitor trends and competition, lead voice-of-customer initiatives, and support product commercialization and launches. Collaborate with R&D, product management, sales, and account teams to enable commercial execution, customer engagement, and strategic growth. The role also requires cross-functional influence, analytical communication, and up to 30% travel.

Lead global logistics network strategy, modeling, and optimization across plants, warehouses, DCs and 3PLs. Own logistics budgets, cost-to-serve analytics, SAP S/4HANA processes, 3PL governance, risk/compliance, and build a high-performing global logistics organization to drive structural cost and service improvements.
