As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead e-commerce design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create customer-centered solutions and mentor junior designers.

Drive inbound sales via phone, email, and chat using consultative discovery to recommend products, close purchases, upsell/cross-sell, meet monthly targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while collaborating with team members and staying product-knowledgeable.

Lead retail analytics to identify growth and efficiency opportunities, build strategic recommendations (store footprint, pricing, omnichannel), conduct market/competitive research, drive cross-functional initiatives, and deliver executive-ready analyses and frameworks to inform retail and digital strategy.
