Owns product definition, market strategy, business planning, customer engagement, competitive positioning, and roadmap execution for computational lithography solutions. Develops product requirements, business cases, release priorities, rollout plans, marketing materials, and customer communications while collaborating with engineering, sales, quality, project management, and global operations teams. Evaluates financial performance, manages escalations, and supports customer and market development with up to 20% travel.

Lead design, integration, qualification and testing of complex sub-modules and multi-subsystem ASML systems. Drive requirements, feasibility, detailed design, test development, and cross-team supplier/customer interfaces. Mentor peers, support project planning, ensure product quality and safety, and document technical choices throughout the project lifecycle.

Define and drive architecture, governance, and roadmaps for developer platforms and DevOps services. Design cloud-native, multi-tenant solutions (Kubernetes/AKS, GitOps, CI/CD), enforce security/compliance (DevSecOps, SBOM, RBAC), establish observability and SRE standards, and lead cross-functional teams to modernize and operate enterprise-managed developer platforms.
