Leads software architecture and development for ASML machine applications, owning complex modules from design through integration, deployment, testing, and maintenance. Provides technical direction to 6–10 engineers through code reviews, architecture reviews, mentoring, and technical planning. Develops C#/.NET applications using WPF, XAML, and MVVM, while driving quality, performance, reliability, automated testing, CI/CD, dependency management, and cross-team architectural alignment.

Leads end-to-end electrical system architecture across power, signal, safety, EMC, and e-beam control subsystems. Defines architecture, requirements, interfaces, roadmaps, and design standards; resolves cross-subsystem conflicts; manages technical risks; reviews designs; ensures performance, reliability, safety, compliance, cost, and serviceability. Coaches technical teams, aligns stakeholders, supports innovation, and provides architectural direction across product development, industrialization, and field phases.
