Responsibilities include troubleshooting, code reviews, QA/QC, technical guidance, mentoring developers, supporting laboratory and flight-test data collection, and collaborating with NASA technical personnel.

Administer and support Windows-based laboratory systems and infrastructure for NASA HSI research laboratories. Responsibilities include configuration, troubleshooting, software and hardware integration, system automation, documentation, security compliance, operational procedures, equipment handling, and onsite technical support during experiments and flight tests. The role collaborates with researchers, developers, engineers, and students to maintain reliable, secure, and high-availability laboratory environments.

Provides expert federal travel help desk support for NASA personnel throughout the travel lifecycle. Responsibilities include interpreting Federal Travel Regulations, assisting with authorizations and vouchers, resolving complex travel issues, supporting ConcurGov and Go.gov, developing training and SOP materials, communicating policy updates, and delivering high-volume customer service. The role requires extensive federal travel experience, NASA travel systems knowledge, and eligibility for a NASA background investigation.

Develops and enhances software, data visualization, simulation, analysis, and post-processing systems supporting NASA aerospace research and high-performance computing. Responsibilities include handling large datasets, maintaining applications and databases, applying AI/ML techniques, troubleshooting complex issues, leading code reviews and testing, mentoring developers, and collaborating with government technical staff. The role also supports laboratory data collection and flight test activities.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and candidate closing. Develop recruiting strategies, advise hiring managers, maintain compliance with government contracting regulations, track recruiting metrics, and maintain ATS and CRM records. Support career fairs, business development, proposals, contract transitions, and enterprise initiatives while traveling as needed.
