AssemblyAI Benefits Overview

Own a book of AI-native startup accounts and drive revenue across AssemblyAI's Voice AI infrastructure. Generate pipeline via outbound outreach, benchmarks, and events; lead technical evaluations and full sales cycles; engage engineering and product leaders; craft demos and competitive positioning; quarterback multi-threaded deals; and partner with internal AI, engineering, marketing, and customer teams through deployment and post-sale. Requires frequent travel and in-office presence in SF or NYC.

Serve as the primary technical contact for customers to onboard and integrate AssemblyAI's voice AI models and APIs. Evaluate use cases, drive adoption and growth, lead commercial and project meetings, manage a portfolio of technical customers, and relay customer feedback to influence product roadmap. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Engineering, Research, and Product.

Coordinate and execute San Francisco field marketing, community meetups, and campaign operations. Manage invites, RSVPs, vendors, event logistics, email campaign support, and SF office coordination. Collaborate cross-functionally to run programs, improve processes, and deliver consistent event and campaign execution.
